Eggless molten lava cake is a variation of the classic dessert that omits eggs from the recipe, making it suitable for those who follow an egg-free diet or have egg allergies.   1. Biscuits: 28
  2. Milk: 1 cup
  3. Eno: 2 sachets

Steps to follow:

  • In a blender add biscuits and eno.
  • Then add milk and blend everything well.
  • Place the butter paper in a pan and cook this batter in the pan for 40-50 minutes on low flame.
  • Then take chocolate and mix it with milk. 
  • Heat it for a few minutes.
  • Then apply its layers in the middle and over the cake.
  • Molten lava cake is ready
